Deeann you still look like a Barbie doll, just one that is a little more studious. You also have to remember that you have way smaller children then some of your great friends. Honestly I never did school with them until they were 5 or 6. Not even the alphabet. This life and these posts are not a competition, there are no winners and losers, we are just here to encourage each other along the trail. Not all of us have the same gifts or revelations that is why we are all needed and a great fit.
Native Texan living in the Georgia mountains. Happy Homeschool Mom for Emily, Lily, Nolan, Ruby and step-mom to Adam. My most important ministry is serving my husband and training up our children.
PAUL: Hard-working dad who does it all for his family.
ADAM: 12, funny, helpful.
EMILY: 9, artistic, ingenuitous and creative.
LILY: 4, silly, stubborn and sweet.
NOLAN: 3, what a flirt!
RUBY: she's the newbee

You really do look great with them. Goodness, if I looked that good I wouldn't mind wearing them.
Look at the bright side...at least they aren't pink or brown plastic frames. :)
Oh, I used to have those. That's exactly how I still feel like I look when I'm wearing them. I may have to put up a 4th grade pic just to laugh.
If you put up your plastic glasses pic, I'll put up one of mine with the pinkish gray plastic frames. :):)
Notice how we both wear gold frames now.
Acutally the gold frames make me feel somewhat like I'm wearing a piece of jewelry- only on my eyes. LOL Silly but true.
Good to see you tonight!
Love, Angela :)
ya'll are scaring me...jayne has pink plastic frames right now!!! am i scarring her for life? :) j/k
